Over the time it has been ranked as high as 840 599 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Ukraine, where it reached as high as 6 889 position. It was owned by several entities, from KGK-UANIC to CEUA-UANIC of ДЕРЖАВНИЙ ЦЕНТР КІБЕРЗАХИСТУ ТА ПРОТИДІЇ КІБЕРЗАГРОЗАМ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ СЛУЖБИ СПЕЦІАЛЬНОГО ЗВ'ЯЗКУ ТА ЗАХИСТУ ІНФОРМАЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ, it was hosted by Department of Support of State Service of Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine, Amazon.com Inc. and others.

Cert has the lowest Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Cert.gov.ua is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Cert.gov.ua is quite a safe domain with mostly negative visitor reviews.
