Over the time it has been ranked as high as 88 199 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from China, where it reached as high as 10 239 position. It was owned by several entities, from 税敏 科学技术部办公厅 to 中国卫星导航系统管理办公室, it was hosted by Beijing Sanxin Shidai Co. Ltd, CHINANET Beijing province network and others.

Beidou has a high Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Beidou.gov.cn is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Beidou.gov.cn is quite a safe domain with mostly positive visitor reviews.
