E4.tax.gov.ir receives less than 11.78% of its total traffic. It was owned by several entities, from Iran Tax Administration to Iranian National Tax Administration, it was hosted by Toseh Ertebatat Homa (Private Joint Stock), Mobinnet WiMAX Users and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.
