It was owned by several entities, from Caspian Server Inc to Caspian Server Shomal Inc, it was hosted by iWeb Technologies Inc., Green Web Samaneh Novin Co Ltd and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.

Emap has a decent Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Emap.ir is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to Siteadvisor and Google safe browsing analytics, Emap.ir is quite a safe domain with no visitor reviews.
