Over the time it has been ranked as high as 4 989 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 19 165 position. Fadm.gov.ru receives less than 1% of its total traffic. It was owned by several entities, from Spetssvyaz FSO RF to Special Communications and Information Service of the Federal Guard Service of the Russian Federation (Spetssvyaz FSO RF), it was hosted by Kompjuternaja tehnika LLC, RUSSIAN STATE INTERNET NETWORK and others.
