It was owned by several entities, from Hsin Yuan Liang of 奇游科技有限公司 to Tom Downey of TW, it was hosted by Chief Telecom Inc., CloudFlare Inc. and others. While PUMO was its first registrar, now it is moved to NET-CHINESE.
