It was owned by several entities, from "ElVisti Information Center" LLC to KKOD-UANIC of Київська обласна державна адміністрація, it was hosted by Elektronni Visti Ltd (ElVisti Ltd) Kyiv Ukraine, CloudFlare Inc. and others.
