Maj.ir is tracked by us since April, 2011. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 46 499 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Iran, where it reached as high as 821 position. It was owned by several entities, from Ministry of Agricultural Jahad to vezarat jahad keshavarzi, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Agriculture-Jahad Ministry and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.

Maj has a high Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Maj.ir is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Maj.ir is quite a safe domain with no visitor reviews.
