It was owned by several entities, from Scientific Research Center of Information of MFA of Russia to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, it was hosted by Scientific Research Center of Informatics of MFA of RF, Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Research Center For Informatics Under The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Of The Russian Federation" and others.
