All this time it was owned by NAPS1-UANIC of Національна академія педагогічних наук України, it was hosted by Hostpro Ltd., HOSTPRO LAB LLC and others.

Naps has the lowest Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Naps.gov.ua is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Naps.gov.ua is quite a safe domain with no visitor reviews.
