Over the time it has been ranked as high as 201 899 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Czech Republic, where it reached as high as 995 position. It was owned by several entities, from Oblastní nemocnice Trutnov a. s. temp-c: RUKROVA-HANA to Oblastní nemocnice Trutnov a. s. of Oblastní nemocnice Trutnov a. s., it was hosted by CZNET-B, Oblastni nemocnice Trutnov a.s. and others. While REG-IGNUM was its first registrar, now it is moved to CZ-NIC.
