It was owned by several entities, from "Internet Invest" Ltd to imena-1257841, it was hosted by Internet Invest Ltd., Internet Invest Ltd. and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to Internet Invest Ltd.

Promobud has a decent Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Promobud.ua is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Promobud.ua is quite a safe domain with mostly positive visitor reviews.
