Over the time it has been ranked as high as 3 249 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Kazakhstan, where it reached as high as 11 position. All this time it was owned by Iwenko Oleg Vladimirovich of Gosudarstvennoe uchrezhdenie Rudnenskij gorodskoj otdel obrazovanija akimata goroda Rudnogo, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Ilya Chernushenko and others.
