Over the time it has been ranked as high as 563 999 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 31 404 position. It was owned by several entities, from Saratov State Academy of Law to Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Saratov State Law Academy", it was hosted by Saratov State Academy of Law, JSC Volgatranstelecom and others.
