Vlast.kz is tracked by us since May, 2012. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 51 649 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Kazakhstan, where it reached as high as 160 position. It was owned by several entities, from TOO "Izdatelskiy dom Vlast" to Abramov Vyacheslav of TOO Izdatelskiy dom Vlast, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Vlast Media Group and others.

Vlast has a decent Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Vlast.kz is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Vlast.kz is quite a safe domain with mostly positive visitor reviews.
