It was owned by several entities, from JSC Farlep-Invest to ЗАО Телесистемы Украины of ЗАО Телесистемы Украины, it was hosted by MI-6 Ltd, PEOPLEnet services network and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to JSC Farlep-Invest.
