Over the time it has been ranked as high as 292 199 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 60 967 position. It was owned by several entities, from filial OAO "Electrosviaz" Kaliningradskoy oblasti to "Rostelecom" JSC, it was hosted by JSC "Elektrosvyaz" Kaliningradskoy oblasti, JSC "Elektrosvyaz" Kaliningradskoy oblasti and others.
