Bata.ir is tracked by us since April, 2011. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 109 681 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Iran, where it reached as high as 134 068 position. It was owned by several entities, from Mehrdad Moghareh Abed to Taha Tavakoli, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Persiantools-Net and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.

Bata has a mediocre Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Bata.ir is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Bata.ir is a dangerous domain.
