It was owned by several entities, from TANet Administrator tanetadm@moe.edu.tw to TANet Administrator, it was hosted by imported inetnum object for MOEC, Ministry of Education Computer Center and others.

Ctcn has a high Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Ctcn.edu.tw is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot, Siteadvisor and Google safe browsing analytics, Ctcn.edu.tw is quite a safe domain with no visitor reviews.
