It was owned by several entities, from Shevchenko Sergei of SKILLTEX LLP to Regmaster of TOO "Internet-kompaniya PS" BIN 080840007694, it was hosted by JSC Kazakhtelecom Direction of Information System, PS Internet Company LLC and others. While SKILLTEX was its first registrar, now it is moved to ICPS.
