It was owned by several entities, from KTU Informacinių technologijų plėtros institutas IĮ "T ir T Grupė" to KTU IPC, it was hosted by Kauno Technologijos Universitetas, UAB "Interneto vizija" and others. While DOMREG.LT was its first registrar, now it is moved to Kauno technologijos universitetas.
