Over the time it has been ranked as high as 3 665 999 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Germany, where it reached as high as 150 960 position. It was owned by several entities, from Felix Schneider of graphics and photos ltd. to Dominika Hlavacova of Webdots GmbH, it was hosted by 1&1 Internet AG, Neue Medien Muennich GmbH and others.

Gifs has a decent Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Gifs.de is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Gifs.de is a dangerous domain.
