It was owned by several entities, from Ali Mehrabian Rayan Pardaz Khorshid Shargh to Ali Mehrabian, it was hosted by iWeb Dedicated CL, Tebyan-e-Noor Cultural-Artistic Institute and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.
