It was owned by several entities, from KTU Informacinių technologijų plėtros institutas to KTU IPC, it was hosted by PBAS hosting system LAN, Hostinger International Limited and others. While DOMREG.LT was its first registrar, now it is moved to Kauno technologijos universitetas.
