It was owned by several entities, from Хужаниязов Амирбек Хусин Ўғли to Хужаниязов Амирбек Хусин Ўғли of OOO "Open Engine", it was hosted by Digital Ocean Inc., "Domain names registrar REG.RU" Ltd and others.
