It was owned by several entities, from Mohammad Moazzen to KORC - Kermanshah Oil Refining Company, it was hosted by Hesabgar Pardaz Gharb Co. Private J.S., Taknet Wireless Network and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.
