It was owned by several entities, from Computer Center to MUNICIPALNOE AVTONOMNOE OBRAZOVATELNOE UCHREZHDENIE DOPOLNITELNOGO OBRAZOVANIYA "KOMPYUTERNYJ CENTR", it was hosted by Comlink Ltd, Hostland ltd and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
