It was owned by several entities, from KTU Informacinių technologijų plėtros institutas Lietuvos sveikatos mokslų universitetas to KTU IPC, it was hosted by Lithuanian Veterinary Academy, Kauno Technologijos Universitetas and others. While DOMREG.LT was its first registrar, now it is moved to Kauno technologijos universitetas.
