It was owned by several entities, from OJSC 'Masshtab' to JSC 'A101 DEVELOPMENT', it was hosted by RU-NIC is a hosting and technical support organization, Autonomous Nonprofit Organisation "Russian Scientific-Research Institute for Public Networks" and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
