It was owned by several entities, from Terekhov Stanislav Dmitrievich of Terekhov Stanislav Dmitrievich to Василькина Алла Дмитриевна of Василькина Алла Дмитриевна, it was hosted by Garant-Park-Telecom Ltd., TOO "Kompaniya Hoster.KZ" and others.
