Over the time it has been ranked as high as 2 183 561 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 154 609 position. It was owned by several entities, from NOY Moscow institute of urisprudentsii to Non-governmental establishment of higher education "Moscow institute of jurisprudence", it was hosted by Hosting Company eServer.ru Ltd., "Domain names registrar REG.RU" Ltd and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to REGTIME-RU.
