It was owned by several entities, from R-SA s.r.o. nsset: WEB4U to R-SA s.r.o. of R-SA s.r.o., it was hosted by WEB4U - network, Master Internet s.r.o. and others. While REG-WEB4U was its first registrar, now it is moved to CZ-NIC.
