It was owned by several entities, from TOO "Obyedinennaya sistema momentalnih platezhey" of TOO "Obyedinennaya sistema momentalnih platezhey" to Hostmaster of Товарищество с ограниченной ответственностью "QIWI Kazakhstan" (КИВИ Казахстан), it was hosted by OSMPLLP, OSMPLLP and others.
