It was owned by several entities, from Mahdi Mansoori Fanavarie Etelaate Towseye Saman (Mihannic) to shahrara newspaper, it was hosted by Green Web Samaneh Novin Network, AbrArvan BGP Anycast and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.
