Pv.ee is tracked by us since April, 2011. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 14 618 999 in the world. It was owned by several entities, from CID:ELKDATA:ORG-78165 nsset: NSSID:ELKDATA:15728 to Siseministeeriumi infotehnoloogia- ja arenduskeskus, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, IT and Development Center of Ministry of Interior Estonia and others. While elkdata was its first registrar, now it is moved to Zone Media OÜ.
