It was owned by several entities, from Sobhani office to Daftar Ayotolah Ozma Jafar Sobhani, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, LeaseWeb Netherlands B.V. and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.
