Over the time it has been ranked as high as 1 818 899 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Uganda, where it reached as high as 3 362 position. It was owned by several entities, from MTN ISP of MTN Uganda to McLaughlin Cole, it was hosted by IPv4 address block not managed by the RIPE NCC, HOSTERION SRL and others.
