Ulac.lt is tracked by us since May, 2012. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 351 599 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Lithuania, where it reached as high as 481 position. It was owned by several entities, from KTU Informacinių technologijų plėtros institutas Užkrečiamųjų ligų ir AIDS centras to KTU IPC, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, CloudFlare Inc. and others. While DOMREG.LT was its first registrar, now it is moved to Kauno technologijos universitetas.
