Vat.ir is tracked by us since April, 2011. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 118 499 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Iran, where it reached as high as 2 125 position. It was owned by several entities, from Value Added Tax Project to Value Added Tax Deputy of Iran (VAT Deputy), it was hosted by DPI Data Center - Dedicated Servers Section 1, Mobinnet WiMAX Users and others. While was its first registrar, now it is moved to NIC-IR.

Vat has a decent Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Vat.ir is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to Siteadvisor and Google safe browsing analytics, Vat.ir is quite a safe domain with no visitor reviews.
