It was owned by several entities, from Alexandr Nakhmanovich of Alexandr Nakhmanovich to ND Capital of ND Capital, it was hosted by Agava JSC, Alexander Nakhmanovich and others. While WEBNAMES was its first registrar, now it is moved to ICPS.
