It was owned by several entities, from 徐勇 百度在线网络技术（北京）有限公司 to 百度在线网络技术（北京）有限公司, it was hosted by Baidu USA LLC, CHINANET Beijing province network and others.

Baidu has a supreme Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Baidu.cn is heavily ‘socialized’ in respect to Facebook shares (639K), Google+ shares (12.5K) and Twitter mentions (2). According to MyWot and Google safe browsing analytics, Baidu.cn is quite a safe domain with mostly positive visitor reviews.
