Over the time it has been ranked as high as 123 299 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 3 569 position. It was owned by several entities, from Kaliningrad Center of Informatization and Technical Creativity to GAU KO DPO "Institute of Education", it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Kaliningrad Center of Informatization and Technical Creativity and others.
