It was owned by several entities, from Kauno technologijos universitetas to UAB Bartus pro, it was hosted by Muitines departamentas prie LR finansu ministerijos, CloudFlare Inc. and others. While DOMREG.LT was its first registrar, now it is moved to UAB Bartus pro.
