All this time it was owned by Ltd "Art. Lebedev Studio", it was hosted by Art. Lebedev Studio and "Domain names registrar REG.RU" Ltd. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
