Over the time it has been ranked as high as 328 499 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 16 527 position. It was owned by several entities, from Arkhangelsk branch of OJSC "North-West Telecom" to Agentstvo Pravda Severa LLC, it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, RuWeb LLC and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to REGRU-RU.
