Over the time it has been ranked as high as 18 499 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 586 position. It was owned by several entities, from State organization of the Vologda region "Estimation center of quality of education" to Budgetary establishment of an education system of the Vologda area "the Center of information and an estimation of quality of formation", it was hosted by Center information and distant educations and BU SO VO Center Information and Education Quality Assessment.
