It was owned by several entities, from Museum-Institute of the Armenian Genocide of the NAS of the RA to Museum-Institute of the Armenian Genocide Foundation, it was hosted by IIAP-ASNET Scientific Network of Armenia and Institute for Informatics and Automation Problems of National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia.
