Hlc.edu.tw is tracked by us since April, 2011. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 95 799 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Taiwan, where it reached as high as 1 435 position. It was owned by several entities, from TANet Administrator tanetadm@moe.edu.tw to TANet Administrator, it was hosted by Taiwan Academic Network and Ministry of Education Computer Center.

Hlc has a decent Google pagerank and bad results in terms of Yandex topical citation index. We found that Hlc.edu.tw is poorly ‘socialized’ in respect to any social network. According to Google safe browsing analytics, Hlc.edu.tw is quite a safe domain with mostly positive visitor reviews.
