Iro38.ru is tracked by us since July, 2012. Over the time it has been ranked as high as 64 299 in the world, while most of its traffic comes from Russian Federation, where it reached as high as 1 930 position. It was owned by several entities, from OGOU DPO "Institut Razvitiya Obrazovania Irkutskoi Oblasti" to GAU DPO "IRO", it was hosted by RIPE Network Coordination Centre, Access in Tulun and others. While RUCENTER-REG-RIPN was its first registrar, now it is moved to RU-CENTER-RU.
