It was owned by several entities, from Uchrezhdenie Rossijskoj akademii nauk Institut zemnogo magnetizma ionosfery i rasprostranenija radiovoln im. N.V.Pushkova RAN to Pushkov Institute of Terrestrial Magnetism Ionosphere and Radio Wave Propagation of the Russian Academy of Sciences, it was hosted by Russian Space Science Internet, Institute for Terrestrial Magnetism Ionosphere and Radiowave Propagation N.V.
